End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Any software including our Hostroute control panel that we provide for you are subject to this End User License Agreement. If you reject this End User License Agreement then you should remove all of the software from your computer. Failure to remove all of the software from your computer will indicate acceptance of this End User License Agreement.

1. Introduction

This is an Agreement between, Hostroute ("We"), which is a trading name of UK Webhosting Ltd. "You" or "Your" meaning the Subscriber or Customer, for the purpose of specifying the conditions under which Licensee will use Hostroute software.

2. License Grant

Hostroute hereby grants to you, and you hereby accept, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this End User License Agreement, a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download and to use the Hostroute software.

3. Enhancements and Support

Hostroute shall make available to you all updates and enhancements to. You may accept any update or enhancement at the time it is offered to you by paying the update charges or fee, if applicable.

Hostroute shall have the sole discretion to determine the update fee or charge. Use of all such updates and enhancements by Licensee shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This EULA applies to single licensed copy of the software.

4. Term of License

The term of this Agreement shall remain in force unless Licensee breaches any material term of this Agreement, and or the Terms and Conditions in which case Hostroute shall have the right to terminate the license.

The termination provisions in the Terms and Conditions shall control.

5. Copyright

You acknowledge that Hostroute software and supporting documentation constitute valuable property of Hostroute and that all title and ownership rights in the templates and related materials remain exclusively with Hostroute. Hostroute reserves all rights with respect to the templates and user's guide under all applicable laws for the protection of proprietary information, including, but not limited to, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks and patents.

You shall not cause or permit unauthorized copying, reproduction or disclosure of any portion of the templates, or any instructions, manuals, or other documentation, or the delivery or distribution of any part thereof to any third person or entity, for any purpose whatsoever, without the prior written permission of Hostroute. This restriction shall continue to bind you and your agents and representatives beyond the termination of this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Warranties

You accept Hostroute software "as is" and no warranties and conditions are giving expressly or implied about its merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that you have read the foregoing limitation and understand that you assume the entire risk of use of Hostroute software.

7. Indemnification

You shall indemnify and defend against any and all claims, including claims by third parties, which arise directly or indirectly out of your use or operation of Hostroute software. Hostroute shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages suffered by you through the use of Hostroute software, whether or not such damages were disclosed to, or reasonably foreseen.
